Setting the Jurisdiction Map
Giving your map a sensible default view, so the board doesn't open zoomed out over the whole county every time.
Table of contents
The CAD's map covers the full in-game area, which is exactly what you want when you actually need it — but it means a board that opens fully zoomed out shows a tiny, unreadable department's-worth of pins against an enormous map. Jurisdiction fixes that by letting the owner set where the map should actually open.
Setting it
Open the map from the board, get it framed exactly the way you want — centered on your patrol area, zoomed to a level that's actually readable — and hit "Set as default view." That's the whole process. Only the owner can do this, on purpose: it's a community-wide default, not a personal preference.
What it actually saves
Three numbers: where the center of the view sits, and how zoomed in it is. Every time anyone opens the map from then on, across the whole community, it opens exactly there instead of zoomed out over the entire map.
It's a default, not a lock
Nothing stops anyone from panning and zooming away from it once the map's open — jurisdiction only controls where it starts, not where anyone's allowed to look. Someone working a call clear across the map can still scroll there; they just don't start there by default.

Two different screens that both sound like moderation — logging discipline against a person, and cleaning up records and BOLOs. They're gated by different permissions on purpose.
