Terms of Service

Acceptance
By adding Varko to a Discord server or logging in to its dashboard, you agree to these terms and to Discord's own Terms of Service.
The service
Varko provides Discord server management — moderation (warnings, kicks, bans, case history), logging (message edits/deletes, member joins/leaves), and a range of engagement and utility modules (leveling, economy, tickets, custom commands, and more) that server admins can turn on individually from the dashboard. We won't represent a feature as live until it actually is.
Acceptable use
Don't use Varko to violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, to harass or abuse others, or to circumvent Discord's own moderation and safety systems.
Availability
Varko is provided on a best-effort basis with no uptime guarantee or service-level agreement. We aim for high reliability but downtime and maintenance can occur.
Your responsibilities
Server administrators are responsible for configuring Varko appropriately (channels, roles, and permissions) for their community. We're not responsible for moderation decisions made by your own staff using Varko's tools.
Termination
You may remove Varko from your server at any time. We may suspend or refuse service to any user or server that abuses Varko or violates these terms.
Limitation of liability
Varko is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of Varko.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Varko's operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes
We may update these terms as Varko changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
