Yes, all of it, permanently. There is no premium tier, no paywalled modules and no per-server limits — leveling, music, welcome images, tickets, automod and logging are all included. Varko exists specifically because those things are usually the paid ones. If support is ever accepted it will not gate a feature behind it.

Kick/ban members, view channels, send messages, manage messages, embed links, read message history, and moderate members — exactly what the moderation and logging commands use. You can review and adjust the exact permissions on Discord's own authorization screen before adding it.
