/ is Discord's slash menu; ! is typed straight into chat. Discord caps every bot at 100 slash commands, so most of Varko's live on !. You can change the prefix.
Setting it up
Add Varko, open the dashboard, pick your server, and switch Tickets on. Every setting for it lives on one page — there is nothing to buy and no separate bot to invite.
